Full-service psychic Jeffrey A. Wands shared details about his work andhow people can tap into their intuitive sides. Explaining that he is both a medium and a psychic, he revealed that he often sees dead people, and to him they appear very similar to the living. For example, in one incident at Disneyworld, a deceased firefighter who died in the 9-11 attack, appeared to him, and asked him to communicate with his brother who was near Wands on a ride. The man indeed turned out to have a deceased brother from the FDNY, and Wands relayed messages to him for about 15 minutes. It just goes to show you that "dead people don't care if you're on vacation or not," Wands chuckled.

Sometimes spirits are held back by the living because we're not ready to let them go, he said. One reading he described involved a woman who had been sexually abused by her uncle, now deceased. But when the uncle wanted to come through to apologize, Wands' client refused to communicate with him.

Among his intuitional tips: Send out positive energy and get positive energy back. Take five minutes a day to pray or meditate to get in touch with your instinctive side. And to attract a soul mate, list 12 qualities you are looking for on a piece of paper and place it under your pillow.
