Biography:

Retired pro-wrestling champion, Diamond Dallas Page left wrestling after rupturing multiple discs in his back. He discovered that yoga helped heal his body, and went on to team up with trainers, nutritionists, and kinesiologists to develop a workout using the basic principles of yoga blended with elements of strength conditioning, Pilates and mixed martial arts.
